At Hightower, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in original condition. Whether a piece doesn't fit your space or your style has changed, we are here to make the return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
